Atlus has posted a new trailer for Persona 3 Reload Episode Aigis -The Answer- ahead of its release next month. The story takes the center stage here, so refrain from viewing if you have not completed the base game yet.
Persona 3 Reload Episode Aigis -The Answer- will be released on September 10, 2024.
Following the events of The Journey seen throughout Persona 3 Reload, the cast sans the protagonist finds themselves in a Groundhog Day scenario with a repeatable March 31.
Aigis becomes the new protagonist with the Wild Card, and after meeting a fellow Shadow combat weapon by the name of Metis, everyone traverses new dungeons to escape this loop. This epilogue was initially included with Persona 3 FES on PlayStation 2.
Persona 3 Reload became Atlus’ fastest-selling game ever, with over one million units since launch.
This entry created many systems seen in the modern mainline Persona entries, such as Social Links and the Calendar. It also initially utilized the same general gameplay loop: social activities during the day and Shadow battling at nighttime. Players can fuse Personas for the protagonist, as he’s the only one capable of using multiple.
Persona 3 Reload is the fourth version of Persona 3. The original PlayStation 2 release was followed by FES, which enhanced specific gameplay elements while adding the Answer epilogue, and then Portable on the PSP, which removed the Answer but added the female protagonist option.
