Square Enix has recently appointed new Executive Officers, including Naoki Hamaguchi, the Director of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, Tomoya Asano, the head of Team Asano within Creative Business Unit II, and more. Hamaguchi confirmed this news with a post on X (formerly Twitter).
Hamaguchi’s post is quoted: “Some personal news to share – I have been appointed as an Executive Officer at Square Enix. I will do my best in order to continue delivering appealing games to as many fans as possible. Thank you so much for your continued support!!”
