During CES 2020, Elgato revealed their upcoming lineup of hardware and software aimed at content creators. Today, the company launched both the Elgato 4K60 S+ and the Elgato Key Light Air.
The Elgato 4K60 S+ is the company’s most powerful external capture devices to date. Using USB 3.0 connectivity for live streaming via a PC, the unit also features a memory card slot to record 4K60 HDR 10 directly to an SD card with the need to connect to a computer. Onboard HEVC encoding keeps file sizes smaller, while the unit allows for zero-lag passthrough to display the video’s original format. The Elgato 4K60 S+ features the signature Flashback Recording and Live Commentary to record microphone audio as a separate track.
Elgato Key Light also launched at CES 2020 and offers a customizable LED studio lighting in a compact form so streamers can have the best lighting during their streams. The lights are equipped with 80 premium OSRAM LEDs and multi-layer diffusion technology. The edge-lit LED panel outputs 1,400 lumens and a wide range of warm to cold color temperatures between 2,900-7,000K. The lights also work with a free app on iOS, Android, Windows, and Mac that enables wireless control of Key Light Air.
Lastly, the company also revealed the K95 RGB PLATINUM XT, which is a keyboard the leverages both Elgato Stream Deck software and CORSAIR iCUE software out of the box.
The products are available during CES 2020.
