Arc Games and Gunfire Games have announced that the final DLC for Remnant II, The Dark Horizon, will be released on September 24, 2024. Additionally, the Boss Rush game mode will be provided for free simultaneously.
This DLC will feature a new storyline and area in the world of N’Erud, a new glider traversal system, the new Warden Archetype, new items, new weapons, new bosses, and more.
Remnant II has sold over two million units worldwide.
The title previously sold over one million units in just four days and achieved a peak concurrent player count of over 110,000 on PC via Steam alone. The game has also reached net sales generating over SEK 700 million. So, it’s safe to assume that Remnant II will continue to excel for the foreseeable future.

Remnant II sends players back to the creature-infested world, where players will face off against powerful creatures and challenging boss battles. The game features single-player and co-op modes where players can explore a new world built from a wide pool of locations, enemies, NPCs, bosses, and weapons.
The newly updated Archetype system allows for greater player freedom and customization, with passive abilities in cooperative play. Further, several Archetypes will be unlockable and can be leveled up. Plus, multiple will be equippable simultaneously.
Remnant II is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
