Capcom has announced that the Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics and Capcom Fighting Collection 2 will be released for Xbox One in 2025.
Both collections were previously confirmed for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. The latter only has a 2025 release window, while the former will be released for the aforementioned platforms on September 12, 224.
Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics will include the following seven games:
- X-Men Children of the Atom
- Marvel Super Heroes
- Marvel vs. Capcom Clash of Super Heroes
- Marvel vs. Capcom 2 New Age of Heroes
- Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter
- X-Men vs. Street Fighter
- The Punisher
This $49.99 collection will feature online ranked, casual, and lobby matches for all of the fighting games, alongside rollback netcode. Global high-score leaderboards will also be available for each title in the collection. Players can anticipate a Training Mode for each of the fighting games as well.
Other features include a Spectator Mode, a music jukebox, a museum, and display filters. A physical PlayStation 4 and Switch edition will be released on November 22, 2024, and pre-orders will grant a 32-page comic featuring the vast cast.
Capcom Fighting Collection 2 will include the following eight games:
- Capcom vs SNK Millennium Fight 2000 Pro
- Capcom vs SNK 2 Mark of the Millennium 2001
- Power Stone
- Power Stone 2
- Capcom Fighting Evolution
- Street Fighter Alpha 3 UPPER
- Project Justice
- Plasma Sword: Nightmare of Bilstein
