Limited Run Games has announced that they will be returning to this year’s PAX East in Boston, which is exciting news for fans of physical copies of classic games.
Taking place from April 21 to April 24 at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, located at 415 Summer Street, you’ll be able to find Limited Run Games at Booth #21085, which they’ll be sharing with Tate Multimedia. There will be exclusive swag at the booth, and attendees will have the chance to purchase rare and out-of-print Limited Run Games products from their special reserve stock.
The following titles will be available for purchase at their booth:
- Shantae and Shantae: Risky’s Revenge in an oversized Game Boy style box
- River City Girls in an NES style box
- Over 35+ out-of-print Limited Run Games items for sale from special reserve stock
A hands-on playable demo for Kao the Kangaroo, a platformer that was just announced this past January, will also be present. The game can be pre-ordered on May 24. You can check out the trailer below for all the details on Kao:
