PlayStation has released a launch trailer for the upcoming PS4 release of Legal Dungeon, an intricate and technical law-oriented game. Developed by Somi and published by Playism, Legal Dungeon has players work their way through “dungeons” of paperwork and legal documents in order to gather evidence for a variety of court cases. Then, players battle suspects using facts parsed from these document dungeons, and make their case for whether the criminal is guilty or innocent. Midway through today’s NewGame+ Expo showcase, Horgihugh and Friends, an adorable horizontal side-scrolling shooter, was given a Western release date. Horgihugh and Friends takes place after a huge war. When Gozareans attack, two experienced pilots, Hugh and Figaro, must once again hop into their fighter planes to battle off the fearsome aliens. The trailer goes in-depth on the different sports that are available to play, from Volleyball to Chambara. Agate International and publisher PQube Limited have announced that Valthirian Arc: Hero School Story 2 is now available on PC through Steam in Early Access. The current plan is for the game to stay in Early Access for approximately a year, with small updates throughout the year and big updates every two months or so. 505 Games and ArtPlay have announced that Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night will be getting Child of Light’s protagonist Aurora as a playable character in a free update soon. As of March 31, players will be able to play as Aurora on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Jason Schreier at Bloomberg has reported that PlayStation is currently set to reveal their GamePass competitor, codenamed Spartacus, as soon as next week. During today’s Future Games Show Spring Showcase, we got a deeper look at Crimesight, a futuristic Sherlock Holmes/Clue mash-up with some snazzy anime aesthetics. This new trailer shows off some of the deduction-based gameplay and Zero Escape-esque visuals of Crimesight, which involves determining who’s been killed and by whom like a true anime detective.
