The Bethesda Softworks and Tango Gameworks rhythm action game Hi-Fi Rush has recently been rated for the Nintendo Switch in Europe via PEGI.
The title was rated for those aged 12 and above, with the justifications being violence and language. There has been no official announcement about Hi-Fi Rush making its way to the Switch.
The following rating description was provided:
This game features moderate violence. One cinematic scene features a sequence in which a character is put in a choke hold. Other violence is milder, including people being hit, kicked and shoved, without blood or injuries.
Reactions, including in boss battles, feature unrealistic reactions and characters flashing when hit. There is infrequent use of bad language, including ‘shit’, ‘pissed’ and ‘asshole’.
Hi-Fi Rush follows protagonist Chai, who gets his heart fused with an old music player, influencing how the gameplay plays out. Combat and movement follow a musical rhythm, and following it to the beat will trigger Beat Hits, combos, team-up attacks, and several more techniques.
Plus, various upgrades and collectibles can be obtained as you strive for S-ranks. Content creators can utilize a streamer friendly soundtrack, too. Other playable modes include the Rhythm Tower and BPM Rush, which all offer extensive rewards.
