Developer FromSoftware has announced that enrolled employees will gain a basic salary increase of roughly 11.8% starting April 2025. Additionally, the starting salary for new graduates will rise from ¥260,000 to ¥300,000.
More specifically, the salary will rise from ¥260,000 to ¥300,000. When converted, ¥300,000 is roughly around a fluctuating $2,000 USD.

FromSoftware, Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Hidetaka Miyazaki) announced that from April 2025, enrolled employees will receive an average basic salary increase of approximately 11.8%. The starting salary for new graduates will also be increased from 260,000 yen to 300,000 yen.
