Bandai Namco revealed they are developing Bleach: Rebirth of Souls as an action-fighter on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam. Tamsoft is the developer. Up to two players will be able to play online and local multiplayer.
The Substitute Soul Reaper arc up to the Arancar Arc, is planned to be featured. During combat, a single strike can spell your demise, with more desperation situations fueling strength. New forms and blades are unlocked from progression.
There isn’t much information about Bleach: Rebirth of Souls, but Bandai Namco shared a new trailer during Anime Expo 2024, confirming an English dub option will be available. Various iconic sequences from the source material will be present.
The musical composition is by Takeharu Ishimioto, and Pierrot is assisting with the title. Graphics are stated to be a crucial avenue of focus during development.

Some hesitation might stem from the quality of previous anime fighter titles released by Bandai Namco in the past (One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows, Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash). Still, it appears they are taking this entry seriously by pulling in-house resources to ensure its quality.
The last proper Bleach game release was 2011’s Bleach: Soul Resurrección from developer Japan Studio. The game wasn’t received well at launch, but Bleach fans have been hungry for a true fighter based on the IP for quite some time.

Bleach: Brave Souls is now available on Xbox One. Additionally, the Switch version will be launched on the eShop on July 11, 2024.
As with the mobile version of Brave Souls, the game is free to download and play but contains microtransactions. Bleach: Brave Souls follows the story of the Bleach manga and its spin-off, Can’t Fear Your Own World. Brave Souls even adapts the final arc of the manga, The Thousand-Year Blood War.
