Square Enix has announced that its ongoing free-to-play title, Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis, is part of an online lottery featuring various pieces of merchandise to celebrate the game’s first-anniversary milestone.
The items, comprised of new key art illustrated by Risa Fujise, acrylic stands, keychains, and badges, are all planned to be delivered on February 14, 2025.
Additionally, participants will earn a random bromide of Cloud, Tifa, Aerith, or Sephiroth for every ten lottery tickets purchased.
Alternatively, one can purchase the lottery merchandise set from the retailer Aitai Kuji for $7 USD ahead of a February 2025 release. However, the bonus bromides don’t seem to be included.

Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis is an ambitious entry that coalesces the compilation of Final Fantasy VII, including the original game, Crisis Core, Dirge of Cerberus, Before Crisis, and even Advent Children in playable forms. The gacha comprises new outfits for the cast, adding levity and spiciness to familiar events fans are abundantly knowledgeable about.
The original Final Fantasy VII’s portrayal will feature new lines and adapt light novel material written by Nojima, such as when Tifa meets AVALANCHE in Traces of Two Pasts. Story updates are planned once a month, with seemingly one chapter each time.
