The artist of the ongoing Kingdom Hearts III manga adaptation, Shiro Amano, has announced that chapter 36 has been delayed.
Following Chapter 35’s launch on April 17, 2024, chapter 36 is now planned to be released on June 27, 2024, via the Gangan Online app and July 11, 2024, via the Gangan Online website.
Amano shared two illustrations and apologized for the delay. The first piece of artwork depicts Sora, Donald, and Goofy lazing around, while the more recent illustration features Sora, Young Xehanort, Marluxia, Larxene, Luxord, Ansem, and Xemnas staring at Sora’s Gummiphone.
The Kingdom Hearts III manga is in the midst of its climax, as it has been in the Keyblade Graveyard. The various trios’ reunions have occurred, which leaves the very end of the Keyblade War.
