Amazon Games, in collaboration with NCSoft, is celebrating the successful global launch of Throne and Liberty, which took place on October 1, 2024.
In just its first week, the massively MMORPG has surpassed an impressive milestone, with over 3 million registered players joining the world of Solisium.
The engagement from players has been equally remarkable, with more than 24 million gameplay hours logged, and over 11 million hours of Throne and Liberty content watched on Twitch. Christoph Hartmann, VP at Amazon Games, expressed his excitement, saying, “Bringing Throne and Liberty to players around the world has been a huge shared undertaking by our team and our friends at NCSoft…and we’re so pleased to see the results as players join the game.”
Throne and Liberty blends immersive story-driven gameplay with guild-focused PvP and PvE features set in a dynamic world. Players can traverse through Solisium by morphing into creatures, allowing them to fly, swim, and dash across landscapes.
Throne and Liberty is available now on PC via Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, with further updates planned, including the highly anticipated first castle siege event.
