Square Enix has announced that pre-orders for the original soundtrack of Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven are now available in the West.
Fans can anticipate newly arranged music by composer Kenji Ito on two CDs, costing $22.99. Additionally, shipments are planned for November 2024.
Pre-orders can be made on the Square Enix North American store.
The original Romancing SaGa 2 sold over one million units worldwide and was acclaimed for its nonlinear adventure and challenge. Players must defeat the Seven Heroes of the Varennes Empire, who have sunk to the depths of vengeance.
Players take on the role of Emperor of Avalon, defending the Empire across several generations while trying to defeat the Seven Heroes. Over 30 characters can become the new Emperor.
Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven will feature Japanese and English voiceovers, an enhanced turn-based battle system, original and rearranged compositions by franchise composer Kenji Ito, and more. Check out the latest gameplay information.
Pre-orders will provide the bonus accessory set, providing the Shiyuan’s Tactical Primer and Cat’s Amulet from the in-game treasure box on the ground floor of Castle Avalon. The former “boosts the amount of Technique Points gained after victorious battles by 10 until the end of the Imperial Year 1001. The latter “boosts the revenue gained after victorious battles by 10% until the end of the Imperial Year 1001.”
